i never knew til that evening

Yesterday, these were random architectures that exist and might disappear the next day in this super-fast changing city, Sin Jia Po. Yet this evening, these two blocks as I passed them reminded me of my mamak and papak.
I never knew that we were so far yet so close, actually. Thank you for watching over me every night and day.

Kemarin, ini mungkin cuma arsitektur yang ada dan mungkin menghilang pada hari berikutnya di kota yang super cepat berubah, Sin Jia Po. Tapi sore ini, kedua blok itu saat aku melewati mereka mengingatkanku kepada mamak dan papakku.
Aku nggak pernah tahu kalau kita begitu jauh namun sebenarya begitu dekat. Terima kasih untuk memperhatikanku setiap saat.
